Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used coolers (Koelboxen), opened eating & drinking utensils (Eet- & drinkgerei), and personalized camping furniture (gepersonaliseerde campingmeubels)

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return address
  • Specific instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging with all accessories/documentation. Clearly display the return label on the package.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs (unless return is our fault)

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanging Products

Want a different camping item from our assortment? The exchange process is identical to the return process:

  2. Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement product
  3. After receiving your return, we’ll ship the new item
